What PG Lucknow Is

PG Lucknow is a listing platform that connects landlords in Lucknow with students and working professionals looking for PG accommodation. We are a facilitation platform — we do not own, manage, inspect, or guarantee any property listed here.

User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to list a property, save favourites, or send enquiries.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including your role (Landlord or Student) and contact details.

Landlord Responsibilities

• Listings must accurately represent the property, including rent, location, amenities, and photos/videos.
• Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings may be removed without notice.
• Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and their communication with students.

Student Responsibilities

• Enquiries must be genuine. Sending spam or repeated fake enquiries may result in restricted access.
• We strongly recommend visiting a property in person and verifying details before making any payment or commitment.

No Brokerage, No Transactions

PG Lucknow does not charge brokerage and does not process any rent payments, deposits, or transactions between users. All financial dealings are strictly between the landlord and the student, at their own risk.

Disclaimer of Liability

We do not verify the identity, intentions, or property condition of any user beyond basic sign-in. PG Lucknow is not liable for any dispute, loss, damage, fraud, or misrepresentation arising from interactions between landlords and students. Use the platform and communicate with other users at your own discretion.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing, account, or content that violates these terms or is reported as fraudulent, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
